The student may identify on his agenda, calendar, or other type of schedule when he will make contact with the individual – on what date will this happen and at what time? If he is meeting with someone, it would certainly be necessary to indicate other aspects as well, such as location, on the schedule.
Is the schedule available to the student at all times? If not, what adjustments should you make to ensure its accessibility?
What additional cues (e.g. time durations, highlighting, reminders) might you add to the schedule to clarify expectations and activities?
