Estimation is often extremely problematic for students. If the student has difficulty in organizing his time, he may be underestimating how much time things take. The student may argue vehemently that he can complete a task within a time period. A graphic organizer may be useful in priming the student to see the difference between the estimated time and actual time involved in activity completion.
