Lay the top on the floor as shown, and insert the legs into the matching
screw holes

Attach rubber stoppers to the leg ends. Turn over to set up on table.
(Stoppers not shown here)
attach Velcro
Cut about 16 one inch pieces of rough hook (scratchy) Velcro
Using Velcro glue, attach each Velcro piece, facing up, to the PVC frame
top (see picture on side)
Space glued Velcro pieces about six inches apart on the frame
Allow to dry (around 24 hours)
painting
Remove rubber stoppers
Cover Velcro squares with masking tape
Clean the PVC (mild detergent or rubbing alcohol)
Use flat black spray paint, one coat is sufficient
Allow to dry
Replace rubber stoppers, remove tape from Velcro
cement pieces
Use special PVC cement
Follow directions on can
Cement together pieces making up the frame TOP
Cementing not recommended for legs because storage is easier with legs
removed
