Each company has its own application.  Therefore, each application is formatted differently and each application will contain slightly different questions.   Some applications are much longer than others.  Some applications must be completed online, while others are usually handwritten on paper.  In most cases, there are 5 basic parts to almost any job application:

2. Work-Related Information
3. Education History
4. References
5. Employment History
6. Some applications also contain a section that requires you to write short answers or a paragraph
