Set Up for Success!
Set yourself up for success. This means that you should do relaxing or enjoyable things during your breaks even when you are not frustrated. By doing enjoyable things during your break, you might be able to handle stress or frustrations more appropriately later because you are more relaxed and in a good mood.

- Go for a walk.
- Play computer games (if you are allowed to do this during breaks at work).
- Surf the internet (if you are allowed to do this during breaks at work).
- Listen to music using headphones.
- Email or text a friend.
- Eat a snack.
- Read a book or magazine.
- Make lists.
- Draw.
- Chat with co-workers.

- Find the coping strategies that work for you.
- Identify the location where you can use coping strategies at work.
- Write out your coping plan and keep it in an easily accessible place.
- Practice and learn your coping plan so you know what to do when you get frustrated.
- Relax during your breaks to put yourself in a good mood.
